The Holiday Inn Express Nashville – Downtown completed an exciting 2.5 million-dollar renovation in late 2008.  In addition we now have complimentary wireless high speed internet access in all sleeping and meeting rooms, a brand new fitness center, over 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting space (including the only amphitheater style meeting room in any hotel in middle Tennessee) and our newly renovated sleeping rooms with the most comfortable beds in Nashville. Every morning we offer a delicious complimentary breakfast buffet with great coffee, eggs and our famous warm cinnamon rolls being just a few of the things on the menu.

GUEST ROOM REQUIREMENTS

ROOM RATES

The Holiday Inn Express Nashville Downtown is delighted to offer the following group rates:

rates are net and are non-commissionable and exclusive of local taxes,

which currently total 15.25% plus $2.50 per day city tax.

CONCESSIONS

We are pleased to offer you the following concessions for your stay:

• 50% Discounted room rate of $99/day  (currently selling at $199/day for your dates)

• Complimentary Full breakfast buffet

• Complimentary wireless internet access in both the meeting space and sleeping rooms

• 1 complimentary guest room for every 50 picked up

• Complimentary Parking (usually $18/day)

• Complimentary Meeting Space (usually $1,500/day)

• Complimentary local shuttle

• Complimentary refrigerators and microwaves in every guest room

LOCATION

We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville just three blocks east of Interstate 40 on the famous Broadway street. The hotel is across the street from the Frist Center for the Visual Arts and within four (4) blocks of the Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Convention Center, Ryman Auditorium and only a short walk  from famous Second Avenue including the famous Hard Rock Café, Wild Horse Saloon, B.B. King’s Jazz and Blues Bar just to name a few. We are also 1½ miles from The LP Field, home of the Tennessee Titans.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

We are located 8 miles from the Nashville International Airport. Shuttle service is available to and from the Airport through Grayline Tours. Grayline departs the airport every half-hour. Rates are $12.00 one-way or $20.00 round trip.

HOTEL FEATURES

Our property consists of 287 oversized rooms, including 14 suites and 6 handicapped accessible rooms.  Of the 287 rooms, 168 have two double beds and 105 have king beds.

AMENITIES

A sparkling outdoor swimming pool and a brand-new 24-hour workout room are available to all guests. We offer same day dry cleaning service for our busy travelers. We also have complimentary wireless internet in all sleeping rooms and a full Internet Café in the lobby. In addition our breakfast buffet runs from 6:30am-9:30am on weekdays and 10:30 am on weekends, and includes our famous warm cinnamon rolls, eggs,  hot sausage, coffee and juice as well as many other breakfast favorites.

MEETING SPACE

Our conference center has over 10,000 square feet of functional meeting space.  We have five (5) meeting rooms that can accommodate groups of 10 to 440 people. The Business District room is comfortable and private, can seat up to 18 people, and is the perfect space for smaller meetings. The Arts District room is classy, can seat up to 100 people, and is perfect for classes and presentations. The Amphitheater is the only theater-style meeting room in Middle Tennessee, can seat up to 85 people, and is the best venue for your multi-media presentations. The Entertainment District Room is our largest room with the most seating options available, and can accommodate as many as 440 people.
